Hand–scooped chocolate is uniquely Zotter. Seductive confections are layered and coated with chocolate couvertures in a special process.  Dark chocolate is stirred into a creme with the finest distillate made with champagne grapes and soy milk then coated with 70% noble bitter chocolate. Marc de Champagne is a distilled spirit like Italy's grappa, except grapes from champagne making are used rather than ordinary wine grapes. 70g (2.5oz).

 
Ingredients: cocoa mass, raw cane sugar, soy puree, cocoa butter, fructose–glucose syrup, Marc de Champagne(6%), soy powder, salt, emulsifier: soy lecithin, vanilla. Contains alcohol. May contain traces of all types of nuts, sesame and soy.
