Hand–scooped chocolate is uniquely Zotter. Seductive confections are layered and coated with chocolate couvertures in a special process.  Carmelized bacon is blended with hazelnut nougat and a touch of cinnamon. The final layer is a 70% dark chocolate. There are other bacon chocolate bars out there, but only this one is organic, Fair Trade and all Zotter. 70g (2.5oz).

Ingredients: raw cane sugar, cocoa mass, hazelnut(15%), cocoa butter, pork cracklings(7%), full cream milk powder, skimmed milk powder, butter, salt, cinnamon, emulsifier: soy lecithin, whole cane sugar, cardamom, star anise, vanilla. May contain traces of all types of nuts and sesame.
