Roasted ground cocoa beans (nibs) are covered with sweet brittle and then it's all coated with Dark chocolate. Sweet and crunchy. 70% Cacao. 2oz. (57g) bar.
Ingredients: Cocoa Beans, Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Cocao Beans (nibs), Butter (organic sweet cream, culture), Corn Syrup, Water, Baking Soda, Sea Salt, Ground Vanilla Bean.
Contains milk. Manufactured on shared equipment with products containing wheat, eggs, peanuts and other nuts.

Theo Chocolate pioneered organic chocolate production in the US and was the first organic and fair trade chocolate factory in the country.
