François Pralus works with an organic cacao farming coop in Buena Fe and brings these beans back to France to craft a palate–filling dark chocolate with firm acidity and fine floral notes. A large bar at 100g (3.5oz). IMPORTED FROM FRANCE.

After managing a restaurant in Rio de Janeiro and working as a pastry chef in numerous restaurants throughout France, he has returned to run the family business: “Pâtisserie–Chocolaterie Pralus.” Eventually he got the idea to make his own bean to bar chocolate in France. He's travelled the world to find the best beans from the Caribbean, South America, Indonesia, and Africa and brought these beans back to create award-winning chocolate. Pralus has won numerous awards including the Gold Medal for best organic chocolate from the Academy of Chocolate, London.
