Blanxart has been making artisan chocolate in Spain since 1954. They carefully select and roast their beans to bring out the classic balance that discerning Spanish chocolate enthusist demand. We are pleased to be one of only a few online shops to offer this ledendary Spanish chocolate in the United States. After all, the Spanish “discovered” cacao in the new world and brought it back to Europe for the first time.
